Meet Kramer – Wilderness SAR Candidate

Kramer (20 months) is a sweet, and driven dog with a heart full of enthusiasm and a nose for adventure. While he didn’t thrive on the terrain of big urban rubble, Kramer has shown exceptional promise in wilderness search and rescue (SAR)—a field where his natural talents truly shine.
From the start, Kramer impressed trainers with his high toy and hunt drive, strong natural bark, and eagerness to work. He’s bred for performance and thrives when given a job to do. Though he opted out of disaster search work due to reluctance on rubble piles, Kramer has excelled in ground based search scenarios, enthusiastically engages in the search game.

Kramer’s SAR potential is backed by:

  • Strong drive work and collaborative toy play
  • Quick learning in obedience and alert training
  • Affectionate personality that makes him a kennel favorite

And when the workday is done? Kramer LOVES to snuggle with his trainers. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply with his people and brings joy both in the field and at your side.

With continued confidence-building and the right environment, Kramer is poised to become a fantastic wilderness SAR partner.

If you’re looking for a dog with working potential, loyalty, and endless charm, Kramer is ready to meet you!
