During his time at the Search Dog Foundation, Arrow tackled his foundational training with serious enthusiasm, easily clearing several on- and off-leash proficiency requirements. He constantly impressed our team with the exact qualities every handler loves to see: independent problem-solving, relentless persistence, sharp focus, and fantastic responsiveness to handler direction.

While Arrow excelled across nearly every aspect of the work, we found that complex rubble environments required a level of confidence that wasn’t an ideal fit for him. Because we’re committed to setting every dog up for absolute success, we decided to redirect his talents toward a role where he can truly shine!
