Milo

If Milo looks a little doofus-like in some of his photos…it’s because he is one!  BUT, he is also regal, intelligent and best of all, willing. He is ALL THE THINGS!

Milo loves life and the world and you and playing and other dogs and other people and, and , and… He is joyous in spirit and loves to spread it around in abundance. He is cute, funny, rambunctious, physical, affectionate, and gorgeous. He is ALL THE THINGS!

How in the world did this guy get so happy? He spent the first portion of his young life either outside on a chain or inside in a crate. His owners finally decided that someone else might be a better match for his exuberance and energy and so they contacted Rocket Rescue (in Northern Washington). Rocket took him in immediately, being impressed with his lovely temperament, then they noticed his love for toys and that’s when he came to us. Sometimes when a dog is so resilient in spirit and such a lover of life, they want to do everything, which can take some focus away from a working life. That’s our Milo! So now we’re excited to share him with others and help him find his dream job, which might just be engaging with you!

Milo is currently enjoying life in a foster home with many other dogs and the chance to try out some dog sports like dock diving and fly ball. He’s been doing great with everything, enjoying every minute and learning new things every day. His foster reports that he has a nice recall off leash, has no issues wearing a outfoxguard mask, gets along with everyone, and was very well behaved at his first lively sporting event.

This active, energetic, sweet, silly and happy boy has ALL THE THINGS and would like to give them to you as your new best friend. One question, though…is it possible to cuddle and hike at the same time? Milo would like to give it a try!   .
