This recognition comes from The NonProfit Times: The Leading National Business Publication For Nonprofit Managers, in partnership with Best Companies Group. Each year, this program highlights nonprofit organizations that go above and beyond to cultivate exceptional work environments, and we’re proud to be included among the top nonprofits recognized for fostering positive, purpose-driven workplaces for the second year in a row!
Nonprofits from across the United States completed a comprehensive two-part survey to determine the Best Nonprofits to Work For and were evaluated based on each nominated organization’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and—weighted most heavily—employee experience. Best Companies Group oversaw this in-depth evaluation, managing the overall registration and survey process, analyzing the data, and determining the final ranking.
