This honor is awarded by The NonProfit Times, a leading national publication for nonprofit professionals, in collaboration with Workforce Research Group. Each year, the program celebrates organizations that excel at creating outstanding workplace cultures, and we’re honored to be included among the top nonprofits fostering positive, mission-driven environments for the second consecutive year.
Organizations from across the country participated in a detailed, two-part survey process to determine this year’s rankings. Evaluations considered workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, with the greatest emphasis placed on employee feedback and overall experience. Workforce Research Group managed the entire process, from registration and survey administration to data analysis and final rankings.
