The passion and dedication of working dogs inspired Chaise to pursue a career in canine training after graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. As a CPDT-certified trainer, she taught obedience and socialization in private and group settings and later managed a canine daycare, boarding, and training facility. When Chaise learned of SDF’s mission to utilize the potential of rescued dogs by teaching them to rescue people, she jumped at the opportunity to join our team in 2023. As a Canine Training Assistant, Chaise teaches basic obedience and fitness foundations so that she can continue fostering the human-canine bond.
