Rachel joined the SDF team in August 2021, following 10 years of working in animal shelters and with private clients. As a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), Rachel owned a dog training and exercising business, worked as an instructor at a dog trainer school and as an animal care and behavior manager at a local animal shelter. Rachel is excited to be a part of SDF’s mission to turn rescues into rescuers and to expand her education in the world of working dogs.
